Description

Situated just below the Cadorna Hut (a small reconstructed war headquarter), this crag is a classical place for Gorizia and Monfalcone climbers. The site is welcoming, the routes are from easy to medium difficulty, on good and solid holds, which makes Casa Cadorna an ideal area for beginners and courses. As a consequence sometimes, especially in spring, it may be crowded.

The south aspect of this area makes it possible to climb here even in winter. During the height of summer is generally too hot to climb here.

The routes are perfectly equipped with resin anchors and the distance between the bolts is very short.

A second very small area lies just behind Casa Cadorna where there are short routes and a few top-rope boulders.
