Description
Lu Strittu is a small but very interesting tract of limestone slightly overhanging cliff (crag ) with medium difficulty (level), particularly with regards to the routes from 5c to 6 °, that even if always with jugs are burly and require enduring. The other sector, the Balcone together with the Gabbio, is for sure the best crag of Ferentillo. The two sectors are differently exposed. Lu Strittu is sheltered from the wind and suitable for the coldest winter days, but not recommended in summer. Instead, the Balcone is practicable in summer late in the afternoon, when the air is not too hot. L'Attico is a small winter area, recently re-equipped. The approach is quite long, but the rock quality is excellent, as it offers a good friction climbing.
