Born in Teramo on 1980, all along passionate about the mountains, he started to climb in 2003, thanks to some friends of Padova and to a climbing course organised by the CAI of Rome. But only since the 2004 he have intensified its activities.
After a long-term injury, in 2008 he starts to bolt new climbing routes. Since then he have bolted more than 100 single pitches and multipitches: in Civitella crag, where he contributed to a significant restyling and rebolting of the historical sector, and in Arapietra, Fano Adriano and other crags.
He climbed many routes in the Gran Sasso at in Dolomiti, often in very remote areas, with awkward approaches and escapes. In 2011 he did the first repeat of “Fessure di velluto nero”, 30 years after the opening, followed by Cristiano Iurisci. In the summer of 2012 he climbed 51 multipitches route in Gran Sasso. He practices the free solo and the green point style climbing, too.
