The Rifugio Viperella (= Viperella Hut) is located in Campo Staffi, the starting point for the summit climbing of the highest mountains of the Lazio (that is Tarino, Viglio, Contento mountains and other), and 15 minutes away (on foot) from the crag of Campo Staffi.

It was founded to allow the mountain lovers to allow to fully enjoy the outdoors.

You will be welcomed in a small but hospitable environment, featuring free Wi-Fi, where you can enjoy the excellent local cuisine.

You can join in our many outdoor sports activities, as climbing during the summer,  and snowshoeing or snow scoot during the winter.

We organize cultural and recreative activities too, as tasting wines courses, meeting on the mountaineering themes etc..

We offer also some apartments, with an amount of about 25 beds.
